Secret Buddhist statue is opened to the public Oct. 5 - 15

The principal image of Zuigu-do hall, called Daizuigu Bodhisattva, will be specially exhibited to the public after 222 years' interval. This Buddhist image, crafted in the 1700s, is usually closed to the public.
We would be truly pleased if you could visit our temple to see Daizuigu Bodhisattva and make use of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

100 yen (including Tainai meguri, the special tour for exploring the sacred area underneath the Zuigu-do hall)
